綜合搏擊 (Shoot Boxing） 是一個於1985年創立的踢拳組織。理念及賽例由職業摔角組織，演變而成。因此，Shoot Boxing 中的規則跟一般的自由搏擊(Kickboxing)組織有所不同。如果要簡單的說明Shoot Boxing 規則，大概就是「有站立關節技與絞技、有摔技的自由搏擊比賽」。

專業賽例的綜合搏擊比賽為3回合3分鐘的比賽，亦設有無限回合加時賽，除了能使用包括了拳、腳、肘和膝的打擊技，亦可以用投摔技。而更特別的是綜合搏擊容許使用關節技與絞技，但不包括寢技，所以如果要降服對手就要站著做。而被對手有效施展前後投摔、倒地讀秒或被施展有效窒息技、關節技都會失去技術分數。

Shoot Boxing is a martial arts organization founded in 1985. The concept and rules of Shoot Boxing evolved from professional wrestling. As a result, the rules of Shoot Boxing are different from those of typical kickboxing organizations. To put it simply, Shoot Boxing can be described as “Kickboxing with standing grappling techniques and throws.”
The professional rules of Shoot Boxing matches consist of 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, and there is also an option for an unlimited round overtime match. Fighters can use striking techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, as well as grappling techniques like throws and submissions. The unique aspect of Shoot Boxing is that it allows the use of joint locks and chokes, but not ground techniques, so any submission must be done from a standing position. Effective takedowns, knockdowns, or successful chokes/joint locks will result in the loss of technical points for the affected competitor.
